Into the Dawn

June 10, 2011

When one’s time clock is 14 hours out of whack, one goes to bed early and gets up even earlier.  While this may be a little odd, getting up before the crack of dawn has its advantages.

Cool sunrises all to one’s self.

As far as I’m concerned – they’re nicer than the sunsets.

These are truly pieces of art – performance art, and I’m the sole audience.

While not a huge fan of classical music, I imagine this is the the symphony as a color palette.

One runs out of words.

The day dawns; the spell is broken.

The artists place their instruments at rest; the world is normal once again.

Enough said.

    Chuck-
You’re becoming a photojournalist! And I say that having been one for almost half of my 45 years here on earth. Keep it up. Tell *stories* with that camera.

    Dear Chuck and Pheebs:

“The sun rises and the spell is broken…”

    I wish I’d written that.

      Thanks.

It’s taken me 42 years to figure out less is more.

      Still sorting it out,

      Chuck.
